Prepare the chicken (if using whole meat)
- Boil the chicken with a pinch of salt until fully cooked.
- Remove from broth and shred into small pieces.
Make the soup base
- In the chicken broth, add finely chopped onion, tomato, pepper, and carrots.
- Season with turmeric, curry, and Vegeta.
- Simmer until vegetables are slightly tender.
Cook the noodles
- Add noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
Make meatballs (if using minced meat)
- Mix minced meat with finely chopped onion and spices.
- Form into small balls.
- Drop the meatballs into a pot of boiling water or broth, along with chopped onion.
- Cook until the meatballs are fully cooked.
Combine and finish
- If using chicken, add shredded chicken back to the soup.
- Add more seasoning if needed.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
