Prepare the chicken (if using whole meat)
  1. Boil the chicken with a pinch of salt until fully cooked.
  2. Remove from broth and shred into small pieces.
Make the soup base
  1. In the chicken broth, add finely chopped onion, tomato, pepper, and carrots.
  2. Season with turmeric, curry, and Vegeta.
  3. Simmer until vegetables are slightly tender.
Cook the noodles
  1. Add noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
Make meatballs (if using minced meat)
  1. Mix minced meat with finely chopped onion and spices.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Drop the meatballs into a pot of boiling water or broth, along with chopped onion.
  4. Cook until the meatballs are fully cooked.
Combine and finish
  1. If using chicken, add shredded chicken back to the soup.
  2. Add more seasoning if needed.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
